Package Sponsorship page points to decommissioned pagure.io

Hello!

I'm trying to follow guide on 
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/How_to_Get_Sponsored_into_the_Packager_Group/ 
but link "raising an issue at packager-sponsors" points to 
https://pagure.io/packager-sponsors/issues/ which tells:

 > Static archive. pagure.io was sunset in 2026;
 > this is a read-only snapshot.

Could anybody help what is current working link for "raising an issue at 
packager-sponsors" ?
