Please double check that you followed to process correctly.

Make sure you file a bug against libxsmm.

Did you check whether loveshack has been active in fedora recently? Please include this in your email and bug report.

It would also help if you would include the name of the user that you are trying to contact in the subject and in the email. This does not seem to be mentioned in the https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers/ - but certainly helps to find that person. You could have a look at previous non responsive maintainers email on the list and use that as a template.
