Packaging Guidelines for Desktop Applications

I drop this mail, just to point out that in the Packaging mailing list
it has been found/stated a "weakness" or lack on the documentation.

It's about how to update the freedesktop mime database, when installing
desktop files - so how to use update-mime-cache I guess.

I let it here just in case someone find it's worth taking a look at it.

I don't even know if this is lack is true, or this information is
somwhere on the documentation, but I was unable to find it.
