Discover app failed to update f43->f44

I usually use dnf cli to do these updates, but this is my wife's machine. It kept prompting her to update via the discover gui, so we gave it a try. It appeared to download the files, but when we selected to reboot for the upgrade, it simply rebooted back into f43. I did update via dnf cli just fine.
