BTW for the archives - there was a one-line change in the kernel the
reversed the order of IPv6 addresses, which apparently then gets
NetworkManager confused in its IPv6 privacy address management the next
time a router-advertisement is received. A patch has been submitted to
revert this kernel change (since it changed user-space behavior).
