strange problem.

Folks,
I'm running F43 and was trying to update the zoom package on my
system. I ran the following:
sudo dnf install Downloads/zoom_x86_64.rpm
This is what I got

The updated package was not installed. However, on F44 it installed
fine. I tried to remove the old version and got the same error:
sudo dnf remove zoom

So what's the issue? Why can't I upgrade or remove zoom on F43?
