Two Fedora VMware Guests - one with a specific problem ...

Hello,

I have two VMware guests running latest Fedora

Fedora 44 - both LXDE

one with bridged LAN adapter and
one with VMware NAT LAN adapter, means this can only be reached from the 
host itself, but can use internet like my host behind a NAT router itself

the one with the bridged LAN adapter has the specific problem:

I can't copy & paste between host and guest; I know that this has worked 
without any problems several time ago;

where do I have to look to find the cause about this?

is it somewhere at the VMware itself?
