persistent curl trouble F44M-C

 
	I run F44 Mate-Compiz on three boxes, two of which (my numbers 2 & 
3) are doing fine; but for several days now, whenever I try to run dnf5 
upgrade on number 1, I get screens full of "curl error (6)" leading to 
a message saying it couldn't connect.

	I haven't seen this problem here; but I'm hoping someone has seen 
enough of it elsewhere to recognize it. I've been trying to send the error 
message from number 1 to number 2, but haven't managed it yet -- it's been 
a lot of years since I've had occasion to send a message across my LAN 
rather than in and out of it.
