In the long run it will be more and more important to do some active
spoofing, too. I rapidly get to diminishing returns after doing the
privacy basics (remove unnecessary mobile apps, use a browser with
uBlock Origin for as much as possible...)

No, I'm not seeing a toolbar in that browser.
I have tried a bunch of the preferences and still getting some of those
browser DNS lookups. For now I guess I'll just check a couple of blank
pages first and disregard anything that Firefox looked up. (But it will
be interesting in the long run to see if any sites are using
`ads.mozilla.org (mozilla.map.fastly.net)` for anything.)
