Das mit den Neuinstallationen hat sich erledigt. Es gibt ein Tool namens
Fedup. Somit hab ich mein Notebook (mit verschlüsselter Platte) und
meine Desktop Workstation daheim von F18 auf F19 gehoben. 

Ging wirklich entspannt.
