 Goal: to plan activities, events, and budget for the next fiscal year.
Brainstorm what cool swag we should produce, how to improve our regional
community, processes etc.

Date: Late November or early December is the best time for planning the
next year.

Location: I and Christoph agreed that co-hosting with another event is
not a good idea. FAD should be about getting together in one room and
working for the whole day without distraction. We really don't want
people to run away for talks, to talk to someone else etc. It should be
a very focused event.

Event Budget: It's not yet decided, but it's not going to come from our
regional budget. FADs have a separate budget.

Kurzum,
es geht darum sich zu treffen, die Aktivitäten für 2014 zu planen und
das Budget zu beschliessen, was EMEA benötigt ...
