Programmatically setting fcontext

Some of my users are working with java/tomcat, and are creating temp files
in /tmp. I see there's an fcontext of tomcat_tmp_t... is there a way in
java to set the context on the temp files programmatically? I don't want
to set everything in /tmp to that context.
