I apologize if I missed something here.

Fedora-Minimal-RELEASE_MILESTONE_.aarch64.raw.xz is listed as 
blocking[0], but I don't see it on the download list at the top of the 
test results page[1]. I don't see it in the Spins folder[2] either.

Is something wrong?
