Do you have updates-testing enabled? You seem to have some packages
installed from
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-e83e231b58 , but it
kinda looks like maybe updates-testing isn't enabled, so dnf is trying
to sync to packages from fedora/updates only, and getting confused?
