shim-16.1-2 for F43 breaks booting

I'm somewhat upset.

There's a test-update for "shim" in updates-testing, which breaks
booting here. And there is no entry in the Fedora Updates System for
this update. WTH? In case the test update has been unpushed, PLEASE
don't delete the corresponding bodhi ticket!

$ sudo dnf list shim-x64
