[Test-Announce]Most Quality repos have been migrated to Forge

Hey folks,
we've almost [1] finished our migration, and you can find most of our
repositories now at Fedora Forge.

Our main ticketing repo is now here:
https://forge.fedoraproject.org/quality/tickets

All the rest of our repos can be found in under the Quality organization:
https://forge.fedoraproject.org/quality

Please update your bookmarks. The previous repos on Pagure have been
switched to read-only.

After you log in to Fedora Forge for the first time (using your Fedora
account), don't forget to enable email notifications, so that you can
receive updates for your requests:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/forge-documentation/email_notifications/
