Greetings testers! It's meeting time again. **PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGED
MEETING TIME IN UTC**! Clocks went forward in most of North America
this weekend, so the meeting time is now 15:00 UTC. If your clocks went
forward today, the meeting will be at the same time as usual local
time. If you did *not* change your clocks, the meeting will be an hour
earlier than before, local time.
