Sieht nach einem Red Hat 9 rp-pppoe aus, das kein update gesehen hat. In
der Originalversion liegt genau obiger Fehler vor: die Werte sind
vertauscht - PPPOE_TIMEOUT soll mindestens 4x den Wert vom LCP_INTERVAL
betragen.

PPPOE_TIMEOUT=80
LCP_INTERVAL=20
