Merge RHEL 6 install, supplementary and MRG

Hello!

My company bought an RHEL 6 and MRG license for our new server. I
would like to merge the install, supplementary (need java) and MRG
(need rt kernel) disk into one install disk with a customized
kickstart file. Is it legal to make such installer disk? Is it
possible? What utility does that? If yes then look for any tutorial or
documentation.
