EXT3-fs: unable to read superblock

Hej List, we have a Server with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 and Kernel 2.6.18-53. I booted the Server with a CentOS 6.4 Live CD. After Reboot back into the Serverinstallation got the Following Message: EXT3-fs: unable to read superblock I only copied one File to the Disk with the LiveCD. Have someone an Idea what went wrong?
