RH7.2 on IA64; what is the status of: ieeefp include file + some functions ?

Does anyone know about the following functions: fpgetround, fpsetround, fpgetmask, fpsetmask, fpgetsticky & fpsetsticky.. is there a file I need to link to get them compiling/working? also I noted that ieeefp.h file was missing on my platforms. I currently have RH7.2 (distro) 2.5.39 (kernel) running on a TIGER (ia64) and on an Azusa (ia64).
