OK, I missed that and thought you had RHEL4 U4.  I HIGHLY recommend you
try a much newer version.  The initial RHEL4 was never tried on an
rx7640 (that system didn't exist then) so you are breaking new ground by
trying it there.  Even if you did manage to get it to install you would
most certainly run into issues.

I suggest running at lest RHEL4 U4 or much better RHEL4 U5.
