Under<br>RHEL4 U4 /boot was not mounted by using a label so you should not need<br>to label it anyway (under RHEL4 U5 however it does us a label FYI). <br><br>I suggest trying a fresh install and tell the installer to remove all<br>existing partitions and create new ones.
