You don't even need any ia64 machine. Just run it on any machine. However, considering the fact that the cost of ia64 hardware is several orders of magnitude larger than the cost of Red Hat Linux/ia64, you could save yourself a lot of trouble by just purchasing a copy, and also support the development for this platform to boot.
