Thanks for this heads up!
It sounds good idea. I am going to submit my talk for flock, so if 
luckily I am picked then I will be able to be there.
Let's start discussion from your thoughts as a base!

after or before, we can choose the location for l10n fad.
during flock, there will be some limitation but still I think doable.

If we can reach a fund support, maybe we can hire a bus for 
transportation to move around.
