Good idea indeed, I'm also interested, but I lack time even to do the 
minimum coordination here...


Most of the time, the last day of Flock is quite free, I would find it 
easier to focus on august 11th. So attendees can come back home on 
Sunday, without impacting much on holidays/work. It would make it easier 
for me.


With the kind help of Zoltan (other may have helped too), two years ago 
I tried to write down a few ideas about how to improve localization:

For now, my conviction is our biggest issue is related to the tools we 
have and don't have, we are blind on multiple subjects.
