tomorrow is Fedora 28 release, it's the best evening to contribute 
website translation :)

Here are some statistics for positive competition 😏.

When counting every websites:
100%: French, Swedish and Ukrainian
 >95%: Catalan, Czech, Hungarian, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish
 >90%: Polish, Slovak
 >60%: Italian, Russian
 >50%: Chinese (China), German, Japanese, Serbian

When counting only getfedora.org:
100%:French, Swedish, Ukrainian, Catalan, Polish
 >95%: Czech, Dutch, Spanish
 >90%: Chinese(China), German, Hungarian, Khmer, NorwegianBokmål, 
Portuguese(Brazil), Russian, Slovak
 >60%: Bulgarian, Chinese(Taiwan), Albanian, Turkish, Japanese
 >50%: Arabic, Serbian
