2. The translations of Zanata itself were not updated

Zanata depends on community translation hosted in https://translate.zanata.
org <https://translate.zanata.org/> when packaging to release.
On the side note, we are working on the issue where translation was not
updated during the packaging as reported in
https://zanata.atlassian.net/browse/ZNTA-2558
