Hello everyone,

I think it's important, particularly related to less translated or less
popular languages.  I know many people who will stick to default (English)
or choose a language or localisation that is not theirs because the one
that would correspond to their language or area is deficient in one way or
another.
But I don't see any need to track people.  Just using statistics, or maybe
a short survey.
