You are right, I am not sure whether our i18n team and upstream teams
are ready for this change.
If everything is ready, switch to the new code will not be a problem.

Chinese Min Nan, Yue, Zhuang are dialects of Chinese. The difference
will become apparent when they are spoken. So technically, they don't
need to be translated, because they are still Chinese(And use Simplified
Chinese character when they are written)

What we do is to translate the written language, so I don't think they
are needed.

Once there was a discussion at here[1], you may see it as a reference.

I am not sure it's my system's problem or others. Both of my browser
Chrome and firefox display the words 'Please choose' among other
languages when I click the list. The words 'Please choose' is between
'Pirate (Pr)' and 'Polish (Pl)'.

I hope you can understand me this time. :)
