Here is what I did: for each of these languages, I defined a warning 
message (for every project):

Chinese Min Nan, Yue, Zhuang are dialects of Chinese. The difference 
will become apparent when they are spoken. So technically, they don't 
need to be translated, because they are still Chinese (and use 
Simplified Chinese character when they are written)
