Dear translation team,

I spent a few hours doing some statistics about our localization of our
documentation, here is the result:
https://jibecfed.fedorapeople.org/docs-l10n/localization/

First language in terms of translation progress is Turkish.

In our documentation system, there is:

* 90 154 messages to translate
* 1 748 294 words to translate.

With a rhythm of 2500 words per day, this is roughly 3 years and 4
months of work for a single person.
That explains why a good translation memory is an important requirement,
And why machine translation could really help us.

Please keep in mind many strings are duplicated across multiple versions
of the same doc. Which explain the big numbers we have:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora/f31/system-administrators-guide/
and
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora/f30/system-administrators-guide/
are exactly the same.

This will be part of our main documentation system, and will be updated
automatically.

Jean-Baptiste,
