I don't know the reason of this, the component looks correctly
configured:
https://github.com/OpenPrinting/system-config-printer/blob/{{branch}}/{{filename}}#L{{line}}
The help says: "Link to repository browser, use {{branch}} for branch,
{{filename}} and {{line}} as filename and line placeholders."
The repository branch is "master", which should works...
I'll forward it to Weblate's support
