If it's not directly tied to Fedora you might want to try and apply for a
hosted Weblate hosting:
https://hosted.weblate.org/about/

It might take a while but you'll get an account that you can manage your
localization with and add team members etc.

I'm helping managing some project, if you need any assistance I'll be glad
to do so.
