Broken repository browser URL: what does that mean?

In weblate, if I go to fedora-websites, then getfedora.org, and then
Alerts, I get:


Broken repository browser URL

This component is set up incorrectly.

The repository browser URL points to non-existing locations:
    
https://pagure.io/fedora-web/websites/blob/master/f/partials/editions_card.html#_10
(404 Client Error: NOT FOUND for url: 
https://pagure.io/fedora-web/websites/blob/master/f/partials/editions_card.html#_10
)

This can happen if the path within the translation files contains
references to a parent directory, or is absolute.


What does it mean?
