Very good point, we should have detailed analysis of existing things before
starting anything new.

Right, I do remember. :)
We had good success with the Globalization project but to be frank
Globalization group turned into Localization group. I explained this thing
in a talk at flock. [1] Slide No-8, after that we did not have much
activity at Globalization level.

I am happy with the present momentum, since we are specifically talking
about Localization. I am happy to help wherever i can :)
