Translating Comp-NeuroFedora lab page (Was: Web mainpage translation to Portuguese (Brazil))

Hello,

We received this e-mail from a contributor informing us that the pt_BR
translation for the Comp-NeuroFedora lab page wasn't complete:

https://labs.fedoraproject.org/pt_BR/comp-neuro/

I looked at weblate, and it does indeed say that the translation for the
labs.fp.o is complete:

https://translate.fedoraproject.org/projects/fedora-websites/labsfedoraprojectorg/pt_BR/

If I search for "neuro" in strings, we don't get anything back either.
However, the source of the page seems to suggest that it is set up for
translations:
https://pagure.io/fedora-websites/blob/master/f/labs.fedoraproject.org/data/content/comp-neuro/index.html#_20

Is there anything else that one needs to do to "set up" new content for
translation so that strings appear on weblate? (The readme simply says
that the L10N team handles translations:
