I *think* there are a few issues that are hard to resolve to get this
working (but others here may know more):

- fedora messaging support on Weblate: not sure if this exists yet, and
  what needs to be done to add it
- the badges tool itself is not in the best shape and at the moment is
  not actively being maintained from what I know (lots of issues even
  with the tools that are set up for badges)

So these are infrastructure related tasks, and I guess the CPE or infra
team would probably be the best place to see what the current status is,
and what future plans are.

In the meantime, it should be possible to give some badges manually if
someone wants to take that on? That can be discussed with the badges
team (maybe mindshare/commops can also help?).
