Hi Andika,

just to add small explanation to what Rafael has written.
This string is used by Antora, which is the building tool
for the docs.fedoraproject.org website. It wouldn't
understand to your translated value - and the build process
probably would fail. That's why it is flagged as read only
and shouldn't be translated.
