Please, apply for membership to l10n group in your Fedora Account and give few days of time to the sponsors to approve you. After the approval, if you were not able to create your wiki page, tell us here again. Or if your approval takes too long! There is a proposal for some update of information about our team on docs.fedoraproject.org. You can see the proposal on https://docs.stg.fedoraproject.org/en-US/localization/. If you could share your experience (what information is missing or not enough clear) that would be excellent! We could incorporate it to the proposal.
