This is the project's own description of their application, which is also present in their appdata file: https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/dragon/-/blob/master/misc/org.kde.dragonplayer.appdata.xml the contents of that appdata file are made available under the CC0 license, which acts as a public doman dedication. IOW there's no copyright problem that I can see here.
