There is a build script to download translated strings and generate localized website. https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/translations-scripts/ You may want to try it to save you some time. This generates logs, which contains info about broken asciidoc content. I assume you can ask it to be more verbose. For down links, you'll need a tool to check link validity.
