Yes.  Wherever you have a "part" command in your kickstart, add
--encrypted and --password options.  In your case, 

part pv.100000 --size=1 --grow --ondisk=sda

would become (still on the one line)

part pv.100000 --size=1 --grow 
  --ondisk=sda --encrypted --password HelloWorld
