There is no limit on the number of users supported by Red Hat Linux.
Obviously, your hardware configuration must be sufficient to support your
expected user load, but there's nothing in the software that enforces a
such a limit.

There is no limit on the number of processors that will operate under Red
Hat Linux.  However, the number of processors officially supported by the
base Red Hat Linux product is two, while the number for Red Hat Linux
Advanced Server is eight.  But keep in mind that this is just a limit for
purposes of technical support; I'm not aware of anything that was done to
enforce these numbers in the software itself (and besides, being open
source, you could just rebuild the software with such limits removed)...
