Apache/DNS/IP Changeover

Hello,

Today, I was just informed that I have to change my server's primary IP to a 
whole new IP and subnet. The task would be easy, however, I have 84 sites on 
that IP with Apache that I need to move as well. Would anyone have a script 
handy that would do the following:

1) Update Apache to the new IP
2) Update all the zonefiles to show the new IP
3) Update the Serial #

If anyone can help, that'd be appreciated. Thanks.
