The functionality overall is next to equal. The most notable things missing from OO, are some of the proprietary/sub-licensed things SO had to keep in house: 1) Templates/clip art for docs and presentations in SO only 2) Font support/display lacking a bit in OO still (ie Windows equivalents and scaling, certain fonts missing altogether from OO) 3) Spell checking/Thesaurus has more entries in SO than OO 4) The SO database (Adabas D) is SO only 5) WordPerfect filter for importing Corel Word Perfect docs missing in OO Of those I think the Adabas D database is the only one not coming or on it's way already.
