you should maybe consider using the framework from keepalived.org, 

keepalived implements loadbalancing as well as (loadbalancer) failover

we have in testing right now and it seems to work very good

Can somebody to help me in configuring an LVS scheme like this:

What I need es to configure a redundant scheme of network where I can
manage an active router and backup router that
acts like dispatcher but with transparent proxy with load balancing and
web server with load balancing, can sombody help me with
that lvs configuration
