setsockopt failed: Invalid Arguement (using ipvsadm)

Hello LVS and Piranha experts,

I am running Piranha 0.7.0-3 and Ipvsadm 1.18-8
under RHL 7.3 and get the following error running this
command:

   ipvsadm -A t 192.168.20.2 -s wlc

as well as for

   ipvsadm -a -t 192.168.20.2 -r 134.126.30.2 -m

yields error

   setsockopt failed: Invalid Arguement


Now this all worked just fine under RHL 7.2 
so I am wondering if there is something
different about kernel 2.4.18-10 (RHL 7.3)
versus kernel 2.4.9-31  (RHL 7.2)
that broke this???

Your speedy advise would be most appreciated.
