director not forwarding or real-server not responding

Hi, I have an lvs-dr setup with 1 director and 1 real-server. This setup
worked on a local-network (192.168.1.x), now when I changed all the IP's
and moved it to my public network the real server is not responding to
requests from the lvs public IP address. I can view web pages on the
real server directly but not using the public LVS IP address.
 
On the director:
- Pulse is running and I see the real server in ipvsadm display.
- I can do a GET from the director system prompt to the real server get
back a test page.
- When I try to connect from an outside client computer, ipvsadm shows
an inactive connect (ie: InActConn).
 
On the real server:
- I can access the test page from an outside computer.
 
 
Has anyone had this problem before and/or do you have any steps I can
take to debug it further or fix it? Thanks for any help or tips.
