Make sure you give the send_program the correct path and filename of your program or script, and I also use %h at the end of it, like this: Send Program: [/usr/local/bin/scriptname %h] Result: [OK] The script should output OK if it trully finds the server/service/port it is checking, and that matches the "Result" code "OK".
